To provide a cement admixture that hardly causes deterioration of storage stability of a hydraulic composition when mixed into the composition beforehand, has a super quick hardening property, and can yield a hydraulic composition capable of forming a hardened body of high strength, and a hydraulic composition that resists deteriorating of storage stability, has a super quick hardening property, and is capable of yielding a hardened body of high strength.SOLUTION: The cement admixture comprises an amorphous ALO-SObased compound showing a weight loss of 5 to 40 mass% upon being strongly heated at 500°C. 【課題】水硬性組成物に予め配合しても貯蔵安定性が低下し難いと共に、超速硬性を有し且つ硬化体の強度が高い水硬性組成物を与えることが可能なセメント混和剤を提供する。また、貯蔵安定性が低下し難いと共に、超速硬性を有し且つ硬化体の強度が高い水硬性組成物を提供する。【解決手段】非晶質であり且つ５００℃で強熱した際の減量が５〜４０質量％であるＡｌ2Ｏ3−ＳＯ3系化合物を含有するセメント混和剤とする。また、このセメント混和剤と、アルカリ性の水硬性物質とを含む水硬性組成物とする。【選択図】なし
