To provide an installation method of a temporary support column allowing the temporary support column to be easily installed through being adjoined to a boundary of a site with relation to a public road when installing the temporary support column configured to support a temporary structure and like at a construction site.SOLUTION: A head of a core member 2 projecting on a site ground is configured as a temporary support column 7 by erecting the core member 2 in a way that the head is above the ground with relation to an earth retaining pile 1 in order to construct the earth retaining pile 1 at an installation position of the temporary support column 7 for an earth retaining pile construction to construct the earth retaining pile 1 in a foundation G.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
