【課題】吊り下げタイプの室内用パネル体において、軽量化を図ることができる室内用パネル体及び室内用パネル構造体を提供する。【解決手段】建築物の天井部１４に敷設された軌道１６に沿って移動可能に吊り下げ支持される室内用パネル体１０であって、上部パネル体２２と、上部パネル体２２の下方に配置された下部パネル体２４と、軌道１６に沿って移動可能に取り付けられる上フレーム、及び上部パネル体２２の下縁部を保持し、かつ下部パネル体２４の上縁部を保持する下フレームを少なくとも有する枠体２６と、を備える。【選択図】図２
