FOUNDATION POST GROUTING METHOD OF SUBMERGED CAISSON
To provide a foundation post grouting method which adjusts an attitude and a height of a submerged caisson when abnormal settlement occurs in a submerged caisson installation process, solves problems in stability and use life of a submerged caisson joint portion caused by settlement of a crushed stone layer or a geologic structure under the crushed stone layer after the completion of construction, and has a better withstand load effect in a use process of the submerged caisson.SOLUTION: A foundation post grouting method includes: a step of arranging a grout pipe of feeding a curable slurry into a ridge groove below a submerged caisson before the submerged caisson where a landing step is to be performed is embedded; and a step of performing grouting with the grout pipe after the submerged caisson has been embedded.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】沈埋函が設置過程において異常沈降が生じる際に、沈埋函の姿勢及び高さを調整し、施工完了後に砕石層又は砕石層下の地質構造が沈降することによって引き起こされた沈埋函継手箇所の安定性及び使用寿命問題を解決すると共に、沈埋函の使用過程において耐荷重効果がより良好な沈埋函継手の基礎ポストグラウチング方法を提供する。【解決手段】着床工程を行う予定の沈埋函が埋められる前に、前記沈埋函の下方の畝溝内に、硬化性スラリーを送り出すことができるグラウトパイプを配置するステップと、前記沈埋函が埋められた後に、前記グラウトパイプによってグラウチングを行うステップとを含む。【選択図】図1
