To provide an admixture material composition containing a shrinkage reduction agent and a polycarboxylic acid-based water-reducing agent, capable of exhibiting excellent shrinkage reduction.SOLUTION: The admixture material composition contains a shrinkage reduction agent for a hydraulic material and a polycarboxylic acid-based water-reducing agent, wherein admixture material composition is characterized by that: the polycarboxylic acid-based water-reducing agent is a copolymer composed of a structural unit (a) derived from an unsaturated carboxylic acid-based monomer (A) and a structural unit (b1) derived from an unsaturated polyalkylene glycol-based monomer (B1) represented by the formula (1), has the content rate of the structural unit (a) in the copolymer of less than 7-20 mass% to the total of the structural units 100 mass%, and has a weight-average molecular weight of 10000-50000; and the shrinkage reduction agent for a hydraulic material contains at least one polymer chain selected from a polymer chain derived from an ethylenically unsaturated monomer, a polyalkylene glycol chain and a polyamine chain in the structure and is a compound satisfying a specified condition.SELECTED DRAWING: None
