SUCTION DEVICE AND SUCTION WHEEL
To quickly stop a suction motion and a pressurization discharge motion of a collection object of a receiver tank at the generation of an abnormal temperature by a blower while reducing the number of part items.SOLUTION: A suction device comprises: a receiver tank 5 for collecting a collection object; a blower 25 for pressurizing and depressurizing air in the receiver tank, and generating an airflow; and valves V1 to V4. Since the valves V1, V3 are brought into open states, and the valves V2, V4 are brought into closed states, air in the receiver tank can be sucked by the blower, and since the valves V2, V4 are brought into open states, and the valves V1, V3 are brought into closed states, air is supplied into the receiver tank by the blower, and can be pressurized. An actuator-driven atmosphere release valve V6 which can connect the inside of the receiver tank to an atmosphere side is arranged in a path between the receiver tank 5 and the valve V1, or in a path between the receiver tank 5 and the valve V2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】部品点数を削減しながら、ブロワによる異常温度の発生時にレシーバタンクの回収対象物の吸引動作及び加圧排出動作を急速に停止すること。【解決手段】吸引装置は、回収対象物を回収するレシーバタンク5と、レシーバタンク内の空気を加減圧及び空気の流れを発生させるためのブロワ25と、バルブV1〜V4とを備え、バルブV1,V3が開放状態、且つ、バルブV2,V4が閉鎖状態とされることにより、ブロワによってレシーバタンク内の空気を吸引可能とされ、バルブV2,V4が開放状態、且つ、バルブV1,V3が閉鎖状態とされることにより、ブロワによってレシーバタンク内に空気を供給して加圧可能とされ、レシーバタンク5とバルブV1との間の経路、または、レシーバタンク5とバルブV2との間の経路に、レシーバタンク内を大気側に接続可能なアクチュエータ駆動の大気開放弁V6が設けられている。【選択図】図3
