CAVITY FILLING METHOD FOR REAR OF SHEET PILE
To provide a technique which can facilitate a filling operation with a filler to a cavity created in a rear of a sheet pile.SOLUTION: An operator bores a plurality of bolt holes around an opening part 2 opened on a sheet pile 11, and bores bolt holes communicated to bolt holes opened in the sheet pile 11 on a repair plate 6 applied to the sheet pile 11 so as to cover the opening part 2. The operator applies the repair plate 6 to the sheet pile 11 so that the bolt holes opened in the sheet pile 11 are communicated with the bolt holes opened in the repair plate 6, and attaches the bolts to all of bolt holes other than any bolt holes at an upper position and any bolt hole at a lower position to attach the repair plate 6 on the sheet plate 11. After filling a filler through a lower bolt hole which is not closed, the operator attaches the bolt to the lower bolt hole. Subsequently, after additionally filling a filler through an upper bolt hole which is not closed, the operator attaches the bolt to the upper bolt hole.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】矢板背面に生じた空洞に対する充填材の注入作業を容易に行うことを可能とする技術を提供する。【解決手段】作業者は、矢板１１に開いている開口部２の周辺に複数のボルト孔を開けるとともに、開口部２を覆うように矢板１１に対しあてがわれる補修用板６に、矢板１１に開けられるボルト孔と連通するボルト孔を開ける。作業者は、矢板１１と補修用板６に開けられたボルト孔が連通するように矢板１１に補修用板６をあてがい、上方に位置するいずれかのボルト孔と、下方に位置するいずれかのボルト孔とを除く全てのボルト孔にボルトを取り付けて、矢板１１に対する補修用板６の取り付けを行う。作業者は、塞がれていない下方のボルト孔から充填材を注入した後、当該ボルト孔にボルトを取り付ける。続いて、作業者は、塞がれていない上方のボルト孔から充填材を追加注入した後、当該ボルト孔にボルトを取り付ける。【選択図】図１１
