To provide an open/close body driving device which is capable of suppressing interference between an open/close body and a foreign object at the time of a remote operation control of the open/close body.SOLUTION: A power window device 1 includes a motor M for opening and closing a window glass WG provided in a vehicle, and a control unit 4 for controlling the operation speed of the window glass WG by driving the motor M. Then, the control unit 4 operates the window glass WG at a normal speed on the basis of an own seat operation signal (vehicle side operation signal) output by an operation of an own seat operation switch 5 mounted on the vehicle, and operates the window glass WG at a speed lower than the normal speed on the basis of a remote operation signal output through an operation of a portable device 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】遠隔操作による開閉体の動作時における開閉体と異物との干渉を抑制できる開閉体駆動装置を提供する。【解決手段】パワーウインド装置１は、車両に設けられたウインドガラスＷＧを開閉させるためのモータＭと、モータＭの駆動によるウインドガラスＷＧの動作速度を制御する制御部４とを備える。そして、制御部４は、車両に搭載の自席操作スイッチ５の操作によって出力される自席操作信号（車両側操作信号）に基づいて通常速度でウインドガラスＷＧを動作させ、携帯機７の操作によって出力される遠隔操作信号に基づいて通常速度よりも低速でウインドガラスＷＧを動作させる。【選択図】図１
