VISITOR AUTHENTICATION SYSTEM
To provide a visitor confirmation system that can solve various problems such as privacy and security that occur when introducing various services using houses owned by individuals and businesses, with the result that it is made possible to smoothly advance various services.SOLUTION: A visitor authentication system introduced into a house includes: visitor authentication means 22 for confirming visitor information for each visitor; door lock means 23 for locking or unlocking an entrance door and a door of each room on the basis of the authentication result; and storage means 24 for storing visit history information 24a and new registration information 24b for each visitor. The visitor authentication means 22 compares the visitor information confirmed at the time of visit, and the visit history information 24a or the new registration information 24b to perform authentication for every visitor who visits the house. The visitor information includes at least one of biometric information and identification information of the visitor.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】個人や事業者が所有する住宅を利用した各種サービスを導入するに当たって生じるプライバシーやセキュリティ等の諸問題を解決することができ、その結果、各種サービスを円滑に進めることを可能とする訪問者確認システムを提供する。【解決手段】住宅に導入された訪問者認証システムが、訪問者ごとに訪問者情報を確認する訪問者認証手段２２と、認証結果に基づいて玄関ドア及び各部屋ドアを施錠又は解錠するドアロック手段２３と、訪問者ごとの訪問履歴情報２４ａや新規登録情報２４ｂを記憶する記憶手段２４と、を備え、訪問者認証手段２２は、訪問時に確認する訪問者情報と、訪問履歴情報２４ａ又は新規登録情報２４ｂとを照合して、住宅を訪問する訪問者ごとに認証を行うものであり、訪問者情報には、訪問者の生体情報と識別情報のうち、少なくとも一方が含まれている。【選択図】図３
