SCREW-TYPE REINFORCING BAR JOINT OF DEFORMED REINFORCING BAR AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
To provide a screw-type reinforcing bar joint of a deformed reinforcing bar which can suppress the length of a coupler and can suppress an increase in work processes and work periods on site, and a method of manufacturing the same.SOLUTION: A screw-type reinforcing bar joint 1 includes a pair of reinforcing bars 2,2 and a cylindrical coupler 4 connecting the pair of reinforcing bars 2, 2. The reinforcing bars 2 and 2 are deformed reinforcing bars each having a spiral node portion 8 on an outer periphery of a round shaft-shaped reinforcing bar body 6. A cylindrical portion 14 from which the node portion 8 is removed is formed at an end portion of the reinforcing bar 2, and a male screw portion 12 is formed on the cylindrical portion 14. The male screw portion 12 is harder than other portions of the reinforcing bar 2 and has a high tensile strength. The pair of reinforcing bars 2, 2 are connected by the screwed cylindrical coupler 4 screwed to the male screw portions 12, 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】カプラーの長さを抑制するとともに、現場での作業工程および作業期間の増加を抑制することができる異形鉄筋のねじ式鉄筋継手およびその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】ねじ式鉄筋継手1は、一対の鉄筋2,2と、これら一対の鉄筋2,2を接続する筒状のカプラー4とを備えている。鉄筋2,2は、丸軸状の鉄筋本体6の外周に螺旋状の節部8を有する異形鉄筋である。鉄筋2の端部に、節部8が除去された円柱部14が形成され、この円柱部14に、雄ねじ部12が形成されている。雄ねじ部12の硬さは、鉄筋2の他の部分よりも硬くまたは引張強度が強い。一対の鉄筋2,2は、その雄ねじ部12,12に螺合するねじ筒状のカプラー4で接続されている。【選択図】図1
