SEALING STRUCTURE BETWEEN FITTING FRAME AND OUTER WALL MEMBER
To establish a sealing structure between a fitting frame and an outer wall member which is capable of ensuring water tightness and airtightness therebetween while securing aesthetic appearance quality of a building when the fitting frame and the building are different in dimensional standard.SOLUTION: A joint portion 88 extends, in a manner of spacing from both of a vertical wall portion 72A of a fitting frame 60 and a tapered portion 24A of an outer wall member 24, along the vertical wall portion 72A and the tapered portion 24A. Thus, a gap between the vertical wall portion 72A and the tapered portion 24A can be filled partly with the joint portion 88. In addition, a gasket 98 is disposed in the gap between the joint portion 88 and the tapered portion 24A, which makes it possible to secure water tightness and the air tightness between the joint portion 88 and the outer wall member 24. On the other hand, on the opposite side of the gasket 98 in the joint portion 88, a sealing member 100 is disposed in the gap between the joint portion 88 and the vertical wall portion 72A, which makes it possible to secure water tightness and air tightness between the joint portion 88 and the fitting frame 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建具枠の寸法基準と建物の寸法基準とが異なっている場合において、建物の外観品質を確保しつつ、建具枠と外壁材との間の水密性並びに気密性を確保することができる建具枠と外壁材とのシール構造を得る。【解決手段】建具枠60の縦壁部72Aと外壁材24の先細り部24Aとの間に双方から離間して縦壁部72A及び先細り部24Aに沿って延びる目地部88が配置されている。このため、縦壁部72Aと先細り部24Aとの間の隙間の一部を目地部88で埋めることができる。また、目地部88と先細り部24Aとの間の隙間には、ガスケット98が配置されており、目地部88と外壁材24との間の水密性並びに気密性を確保することができる。一方、目地部88におけるガスケット98の反対側では、目地部88と縦壁部72Aとの間の隙間にシーリング材100が配置されており、目地部88と建具枠60との間の水密性並びに気密性を確保することができる。【選択図】図1
