To improve construction workability on the site and shorten the construction time by providing a thermally expandable member between the outer peripheral surface of piping and the inner peripheral surface of a through hole.SOLUTION: A fire-resistant member 1 has: a thermally expandable member 2 that is disposed between the inner peripheral surface of a through hole and the outer peripheral surface of piping, and expands by heating at a fire; and a sealant 3, 4 that is fixed to the thermally expandable member 2 and is composed of an elastic material to cover a gap between the inner peripheral surface of the through hole and the outer peripheral surface of the piping.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
