MIXING TREATMENT DEVICE OF SUBSOIL AND MIXING TREATMENT METHOD USING THE SAME
To improve agitation efficiency by vertical and lateral movement of in-situ soil (sediment) by a helical ribbon blade, and further to stabilize sediment properties by mixture of different soil layers with each other when soil layers change in a vertical direction.SOLUTION: A mixing treatment device of subsoil comprises: a rotatable rotation shaft 1; agitation means including excavation means 2 provided at a lower end side of the rotation shaft and an agitation blade provided at an upper side of the excavation means and protruding approximately perpendicular to the rotation shaft; discharge means 5 provided in the agitation blade; and supply pipes 6a and 6b arranged along the rotation shaft 1 and allowing an improvement material to jet from the discharge means 5 together with compressed air. The agitation means comprises a helical ribbon blade 4 which is provided above an agitation blade 3C, which has a spiral or helical shape in which protruding dimension in a radial direction of the rotation shaft 1 is maximum at the lower end side and becomes gradually smaller toward an upper side, and which has an opening 14 penetrated vertically.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】ヘリカルリボン翼により原位置土つまり土砂が上下左右に動くことで攪拌効率を向上し、更に土層が上下方向に変化した場合に異なる土層が混じり合うことで土砂の性状を安定化できるようにする。【解決手段】回動可能な回転軸1と、回転軸下端側に設けられた掘削手段2及び該掘削手段の上側に設けられて回転軸に対し略直角に突設した攪拌翼を有した撹拌手段と、前記撹拌翼に設けられた吐出手段5と、回転軸1に沿って配管されて吐出手段5から改良材を圧縮エアーと共に噴射可能にする供給管6a,6bとを備えている地盤の混合処理装置であって、前記攪拌手段は、前記攪拌翼3Cより上側に設けられて回転軸1の径方向への突出寸法が下端側が最大で上側に行くにしたがって次第に小さくなるスパイラルないしはヘリカル形状からなり、かつ、上下に貫通された開口14を有したヘリカルリボン翼4を有している構成である。【選択図】図4
