To easily attach and detach a cover plate during maintenance after installation while not providing a step and a gap in the periphery of a groove pit and the cover plate.SOLUTION: A groove pit 20 constructed lower than a sub-floor surface 12, a receiving frame 22 provided on an opening 21 of the groove pit 20, a cover plate 30 fitted in the receiving frame 22, a first surface layer material 32 pasted onto the sub-floor surface 12, a second surface layer material 33 pasted onto the top face 31 of the cover plate 30, and a filler 34 filled between an upper end face 24 of the receiving frame 22 and the first surface layer material 32 and the second surface layer material 33 are comprised. A floor surface 11 consisting of the first surface layer material 32, the second surface layer material 33, and the filler 34 are made substantially flat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】溝ピット及び蓋板の周辺に段差と隙間を設けないようにするとともに、設置後のメンテナンスのときに容易に蓋板を着脱することができるようにする。【解決手段】下地床面１２より低く構成される溝ピット２０と、前記溝ピット２０の開口部２１に設けられる受枠２２と、前記受枠２２に嵌められる蓋板３０と、前記下地床面１２に貼設される第１表層材３２と、前記蓋板３０の上面３１に貼設される第２表層材３３と、前記受枠２２の上端面２４かつ前記第１表層材３２と前記第２表層材３３との間に充填される充填剤３４と、を備え、前記第１表層材３２、前記第２表層材３３、及び前記充填剤３４とで構成される床面１１が実質的に平坦とされている。【選択図】図１
