To provide a bicycle stand and bicycle parking lot, capable of facilitating setting of a bicycle in a very simple operation.SOLUTION: The bicycle stand includes: a column; a supporter mounted on the column to be liftable with respect to the column and supporting a bottom bracket shell of a bicycle from downward; and a restraint member restraining the bottom bracket shell along with the supporter in a horizontal and a vertical directions by restraining the bottom bracket shell from different three directions from each other when the supporter is raised. The bicycle stand has such a height that a rear wheel or a front wheel of the bicycle is floated in the air when the supporter is raised and the bottom bracket shell is restrained in the horizontal and vertical directions. In a bicycle parking lot, one or a plurality of the bicycle stands are installed on an installation surface such as the ground.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1C
【課題】極めて簡単な操作で容易に自転車をセットすることができる自転車用スタンドおよび駐輪場を提供する。【解決手段】自転車用スタンドは、支柱と、この支柱にこの支柱に対して昇降可能に取り付けられた、自転車のボトムブラケットシェルを下方から支持する支持体と、支持体を上昇させたとき、この支持体とともにボトムブラケットシェルを互いに異なる３方向から拘束して水平方向および垂直方向に拘束する拘束部材とを有する。自転車用スタンドは、支持体を上昇させ、ボトムブラケットシェルを水平方向および垂直方向に拘束したとき、自転車の後輪または前輪が宙に浮く高さを有する。駐輪場では、この自転車用スタンドを地面等の設置面上に１つまたは複数設置する。【選択図】図１Ｃ
