REPAIR METHOD OF BUILDING FOUNDATION AND FOUNDATION STRUCTURE OF BUILDING
To effectively repair defective portions in a building foundation to increase the earthquake resistance of the building and enable the building to be used safely.SOLUTION: A reinforcing member 4 installed in a defective portion 2 is provided with a flat plate member 41 having a through hole 411 and a new anchor 42 disposed via the through hole 411. An anchor bolt 3 is embedded in a building foundation 1, and the flat plate member 41 is attached to the anchor bolt 3. The new anchor 42 is driven into the through hole 411 of the flat plate member 41, and the reinforcing member 4 is repaired in a state of being embedded in the building foundation 1. The flat plate member 41 and the new anchor 42 are both embedded so as to intersect the anchor bolt 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】 建物基礎に生じた欠損部を効果的に補修して建物の耐震性を高め、安心して建物を使用することを可能にする。【解決手段】 欠損部2に設置する補強部材4には、貫通孔411を有する平板部材41と、貫通孔411を介して配設される新設アンカー42とを備えさせる。建物基礎1にはアンカーボルト3が埋設されており、このアンカーボルト3に平板部材41を添設する。平板部材41の貫通孔411には新設アンカー42が打ち込まれて、補強部材4が建物基礎1に埋設された状態に補修される。平板部材41と新設アンカー42とは、ともに、アンカーボルト3に交差するように埋設される。【選択図】 図7
