TEMPORARY ENCLOSURE AND ITS CONSTRUCTION METHOD
To eliminate the disadvantages of temporary enclosure installation work using clamp members, rail members, etc., to shorten the horizontal separation distance between the pillars that make up a base frame and the outer wall surface of a temporary enclosure panel, and to reduce the setback dimensions of the base frame to the site boundary.SOLUTION: A temporary enclosure (1) has a structure in which a column (2) and a horizontal member (3) are integrally assembled to construct a base frame for temporary enclosure, and a temporary enclosure panel (10) is bound or fastened to the horizontal member (3) with anchors (8, 9). The column has a wedge coupling engagement portion (20). The horizontal member has a large diameter portion (36) that has an outer diameter (D1) larger than the pipe outer diameter (D3) of a connecting portion (35) and is engaged with the anchors. A cross-sectional defect (α) formed by cutting the engagement portion at least partially may be provided in the engagement portion, or spacers (70, 75, 78, 80, 90) may be interposed between the horizontal member and a rib-like edge (10a).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】クランプ部材や、レール部材等を用いた仮囲い設置作業の不利を解消するとともに、下地骨組を構成する支柱と仮囲い用パネルの外側壁面との水平離間距離を短縮し、敷地境界に対する下地骨組のセットバック寸法を縮小する。【解決手段】仮囲い(1)は、支柱(2)及び横架材(3)を一体的に組付けて、仮囲い用の下地骨組を構築するとともに、仮囲い用パネル(10)を係留具(8,9)によって横架材(3)に緊結又は緊締した構造を有する。支柱は、楔結合式係合部(20)を有する。横架材は、連結部(35)の管材外径(D3)よりも大きい外径(D1)を有し且つ係留具が係合する大径部分(36)を備える。少なくとも部分的に該係合部を切除してなる断面欠損部(α)を係合部に設け、或いは、スペーサ(70,75,78,80,90)を横架材及びリブ状縁部(10a)の間に介挿しても良い。【選択図】図3
