WIRE ROPE STOPPER
To provide a wire rope stopper in a wire rope type guard fence which is capable of speedily and easily releasing and applying tension of a wire rope when it becomes necessary to release the tension of the wire rope such as the passage of an emergency vehicle or the replacement of a post.SOLUTION: It is provided with a rope holding part 3 arranged on a lateral side on the side of releasing tension along an axial line of an intermediate post 23 and holding each of wire ropes 21; and an inclined prevention leg part 4 which is formed to have an end which is pivotably connected to the rope holding part 3 and the other end intersecting the intermediate post 23 to come into contact with a ground surface on the side of retaining tension so that the intermediate post 23 is prevented to be inclined due to the tensile force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 ワイヤーロープ式防護柵において、緊急車両の通行や中間支柱の交換等のようにワイヤーロープのテンションを解除すべき事態が生じた場合に、迅速かつ簡単にワイヤーロープのテンションの解除および付加の作業を行うことができるワイヤーロープストッパーを提供する。【解決手段】 中間支柱２３の軸線に沿ってテンション解除側の側面に配置されるとともに各ワイヤーロープ２１をそれぞれ保持するロープ保持部３と、一端を前記ロープ保持部３に対して回動自在に連結されているとともに、他端を前記中間支柱２３と交差させてテンション維持側の地面に接地しうる長さに形成されており、前記中間支柱２３が引張力によって傾倒するのを防止する傾倒防止脚部４とを有する。【選択図】 図１
