To provide a building material having excellent durability.SOLUTION: Provided is a building material in which a projecting part including a first side face part and a second side face part corresponding to the first side face part are formed on the surface. The building material is made of a mixture including a hydraulic material, an admixture and a vegetable reinforcement material, and the vegetable reinforcement material at least in the projecting part is distributed into the mixture in a state where the hydraulic material and the admixture are stuck. Then, the distribution of the vegetable reinforcement material in the first side face part and the distribution of the vegetable reinforcement material in the second side face part are almost the same. Preferably, the projecting part includes: a first edge part as the edge part of the first side face part; and a second edge part as the edge part of the second side face part corresponding to the first edge part, and the distribution of blowholes formed at the first edge part and the distribution of blowholes formed at the second edge part are almost the same.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】耐久性に優れた建材を提供する。【解決手段】第1側面部、及び、第1側面部に対応する第2側面部を有する凸部が表面に形成されている建材。建材は、水硬性材料、混和材、植物系補強材とを含む混合物からなり、少なくとも凸部における植物系補強材は、水硬性材料と混和材が付着した状態で混合物中に分布している。そして、第1側面部における植物系補強材の分布と、第2側面部における植物系補強材の分布は略同じである。好ましくは、凸部は、第1側面部の縁部である第1縁部と、第2側面部の縁部であり、第1縁部に対応する第2縁部と、を有し、第1縁部に形成された巣穴の分布と、第2縁部に形成された巣穴の分布は略同じである。【選択図】図5
