INHIBITOR FOR HEAT OF HYDRATION OF CEMENT, AND METHOD OF INHIBITING HEAT OF HYDRATION OF CEMENT
To provide an inhibitor for heat of hydration of cement that is applicable to a normal concrete admixture, maintains fluidity even if the amount of water used for a cement material is decreased, sufficiently inhibits heat of hydration, and is capable of producing concrete of high strength.SOLUTION: The inhibitor for heat of hydration of cement comprises a dispersant and a chelate agent. The chelate agent preferably is at least one species selected from the group consisting of citric acid, ethylene diamine tetraacetic acid, hydroxy ethane diphosphonic acid, nitrilotriacetic acid, and hydroxyethyl ethylenediamine triacetic acid. The dispersant preferably is a hydroxy-carboxylic acid based dispersant.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】通常のコンクリート配合に適用でき、セメント材料に使用する水の量を低減しても、流動性を確保するとともに、水和熱を十分抑制し、高強度なコンクリートを製造し得るセメント用水和熱抑制剤を提供すること。【解決手段】分散剤と、キレート化剤と、を含有するセメント用水和熱抑制剤である。好ましくは、キレート剤は、クエン酸、エチレンジアミン四酢酸、ヒドロキシエタンジホスホン酸及びニトリロ三酢酸、ヒドロキシエチルエチレンジアミン三酢酸からなる群から選択される少なくとも1種であり、分散剤は、オキシカルボン酸系分散剤が好ましい。【選択図】なし
