To provide a reinforcing member and a reinforced concrete structure which can suppress relative twisting and cracking between a main reinforcement and a secondary reinforcement in a reinforcing member formed by spreading a steel sheet, and whose strength and shape are proper.SOLUTION: A reinforcing member comprises a plurality of main reinforcement parts arranged parallel to each other and a plurality of secondary reinforcement parts connecting a plurality of adjacent main reinforcement parts to each other; the plurality of main reinforcement parts and the plurality of secondary reinforcement parts are formed so as to have the same plane and an opening part is formed; the opening part is formed by pulling a steel plate 1 having a slit row in which a plurality of slits are arranged along a first direction in a second direction which is a direction perpendicular to the first direction, and expanding the slits 2A,2B; the slit penetrates the steel plate and has an S-shape extending in the first direction, and is provided with a hole 2a having a circular arc part in plan view of the steel plate at an end of the S-shape in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼板を展張して形成される鉄筋部材において、主筋と副筋との間の相対的なねじれ及びひび割れを抑え、強度及び形状が適正な鉄筋部材及び鉄筋コンクリート構造を提供する。【解決手段】互いに平行に配置された複数の主筋部と、隣合う複数の主筋部を連結する複数の副筋部と、を有する鉄筋部材であって、複数の主筋部と複数の副筋部とは、表面が同一平面となるように形成され、開口部を形成し、開口部は、第1方向に沿って複数のスリットを並べたスリット列を有する鋼板1を第1方向に垂直な方向である第2方向に引っ張り、スリット2A、2Bを拡開して形成され、スリットは、鋼板を貫通し、第1方向に伸びるS字形状であり、S字形状の第1方向の端部に鋼板の平面視において円弧部を有する孔2aを備える。【選択図】図1
