WHOLE-BUILDING AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM
To provide a whole-building air conditioning system that offers both air conditioning and ventilation functions, may be applied easily to a building designed by a conventional design method, is highly workable, offers high air conditioning efficiency, enhances body feeling of a resident, reduces air conditioning energy and mitigates burdens on an air conditioning unit.SOLUTION: A whole-building air conditioning system 100 includes: air conditioning units 10, 20 installed on lower ceilings 11c, 12c of common use areas 11, 12 of a building H1; a ventilation device 30 installed in an underfloor space 13; an air outlet 14 for supplying conditioned air from the air conditioning units 10, 20 to a room R11, etc.; and an exhaust port 15 provided on floor surfaces F1, F11 on a first floor for discharging air in a building H through the underfloor space 13. The ventilation device 30 has functions to discharge air inside the underfloor space 13 taken in through a duct 16 to outside of the building H1 through a duct 17, and to supply air outside of the building H1 taken in through a duct 18 to the air conditioning units 10, 20 through air supply ducts 19a, 19b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】空調・換気機能を兼備し、従来の設計方法に基づく建物への採用が容易であり、施工性が良好で、空調効率が高く、居住者の体感性が向上し、空調エネルギを削減することができ、空調機への負担を軽減することができる、全館空調システムを提供する。【解決手段】全館空調システム100は、建物H1の共用部分11,12の下部天井11c,12cに配置された空調機10,20と、床下空間13に配置された換気装置30と、空調機10,20からの空調空気を部屋R11などへ供給するための吹出口14と、床下空間13を経て建物H内の空気を排出するため1階の床面F1,F11に設けられた排気口15とを備えている。換気装置30は、ダクト16で吸い込んだ床下空間13内の空気をダクト17を経て建物H1外へ排出し、ダクト18で吸い込んだ建物H1外の空気を給気ダクト19a,19bを経て空調機10,20へ送給する機能と、を有している。【選択図】図1
