To provide a penetration sleeve having preferable workability.SOLUTION: A penetration sleeve 1 installed on a through-hole which penetrates a wall in a building from the front side to the back side includes a main body part 2 which is inserted to the through-hole from the front side and a cover part 3 which is integrally provided on an end part of the front side on the main body part 2 and is installed so as to lie along a wall surface of the front side on the wall. Therein, the main body part 2 has a cylindrical shape formed by rounding a planar body, a diameter dimension of the main body part 2 is made variable in accordance with a distance between circumferential direction end parts 21, 21 in the rounded state, and the cover part 3 is connected to the main body part 2 at least on one portion and, except the connected portion, is made followable to a change of the distance between the circumferential direction end parts 21, 21 on the main body part 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
