To lengthen the time until dew condensation occurs by suppressing the intrusion amount of outside air into a building and to be able to suppress a construction cost and equipment cost required for preventing dew condensation.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for suppressing temperature and humidity variations of a building 1 comprising an outer wall 11 and a roof 12 and having a gap communicating with the outside of the building at least on the upper part and the lower part of the outer wall 11, in which a lower gap S1 formed in a lower part of an outer wall 11 is blocked so as to reduce the amount of gap in the lower gap S1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建屋内への外気の侵入量を抑制することで、結露発生までの時間を長くすることが可能となり、結露防止対策にかかる工事費や設備費を抑制することができる。【解決手段】外側壁11と屋根12とから構成され、少なくとも外側壁11の上部及び下部に建屋外に連通する隙間を有する建屋1の温湿度変動抑制方法であって、外側壁11の下部に形成される下部隙間S1の隙間量を低減するように閉塞するようにした建屋の温湿度変動抑制方法を提供する。【選択図】図1
