To provide a water stop device which can be installed at a pipe end part with easy operation, and to provide a pipe tool such as a pipe installation member.SOLUTION: In a pipe installation member 10, a bolt-like shaft body 50 is inserted into a hollow cylindrical washer 20, a cylindrical elastic body 30, and a cylindrical fixing member 40. When the shaft body 50 is rotated in a right screw direction by a hexagonal wrench, the elastic body 30 expands in a radial direction to seal a pipe 70. Then, a fixing device 90 is attached to a female screw part 53 of the shaft body 50 to cause the pipe 70 to be installed at a temporary frame 80.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】配管端部に簡易な作業で設置可能な止水器、配管設置部材などの配管用工具を提供する。【解決手段】配管設置部材１０は、中空筒状ワッシャー２０、筒状の弾性体３０、筒状の固定部材４０に対し、ボルト状の軸体５０を軸挿させた構成であり、軸体５０を六角レンチなどによって右ネジ方向へ回転させると、弾性体３０が径方向に膨張し、配管７０が密閉される。そして、固定器具９０を軸体５０の雌ネジ部５３に装着させることによって、配管７０が仮枠８０に設置される。【選択図】図２
