MIXING VALVE AND MIXING FAUCET
To provide a mixing valve in which a temperature sensing member can be stably operated.SOLUTION: A mixing valve 40 includes: casings 41, 42 having a first inflow port 44 into which one of hot water and water flows, a second inflow port 45 into which the other flows, and an outflow port 42c from which the mixed water of hot water and water flows out; a valve member 60 arranged in the casings 41, 42 so as to be slidable, and opening and closing the first inflow port 44 and the second inflow port 45; a temperature adjustment member adjusting a temperature of the mixed water flowing out from the outflow port 42c by changing a position of a valve member 60 while energizing the valve member 60 to a direction in which a flow-in amount from the first inflow port 44 is increased; and a temperature sensing member 49 arranged in a mixing region of hot water and water in the casings 41, 42, and energizing the valve member 60 to a direction in which a flow-in amount from the second inflow port 45 is increased by an energization force which is changed on the basis of a temperature of the mixed water in the mixing region. An interference member decreasing a flow velocity of the mixed water flowing into the mixing region is arranged in a flow passage at a downstream side of the valve member 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】感温部材を安定して動作させることができる混合弁を提供する。【解決手段】混合弁40は、湯及び水の一方が流入する第1流入口44、他方が流入する第2流入口45、並びに湯と水の混合水が流出する流出口42cを備えるケーシング41、42と、ケーシング41、42の内部に摺動可能に配置されて、第1流入口44及び第2流入口45を開閉する弁部材60と、弁部材60を第1流入口44からの流入量が増加する方向へ付勢しつつ、当該弁部材60の位置を変更して流出口42cから流出する混合水の温度を調整する温調部材と、ケーシング41、42内における湯と水の混合領域に配置され、混合領域内の混合水の温度に基づいて変化する付勢力により、弁部材60を第2流入口45からの流入量が増加する方向へ付勢する感温部材49とを有する。弁部材60よりも下流側の流路には、混合領域を流れる混合水の流速を低下させる干渉部材が設けられている。【選択図】図5
