CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF WOODEN HOUSE AND CERTIFICATION METHOD THAT WOODEN HOUSE BUILT ON THE BASED ON METHOD
To provide a construction method for surely suppressing aging deterioration of a wooden house due to precipitation or the like, and a certification method for indicating the execution of the construction method.SOLUTION: After a foundation is placed on a concrete foundation, a wooden building material (wood building material which may be subjected to rainfall) exposed to the outside air during precipitation or at the end of the work is entirely covered with a resin sheet having water barrier properties during the time until the roof is finished (claim 1). According to such a construction method, the wooden building material to be exposed outside during construction is covered with the resin sheet, so that the influence of water can be completely avoided. In addition, the fact that the daily coating work with the resin sheet is carried out is verified by a photograph showing the coating state together with a photograph showing the progress state of the building (claims 3 and 4). The owner and or home purchaser can easily confirm that it is a wooden house protected from rainfall through this certificate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 降水等に起因する木造住宅の経時劣化を確実に抑える建築方法、および、その建築方法が実行されたことを示す証明方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 コンクリート基礎に土台を配した後、屋根を葺き終わるまでの間、降水時または当日の作業終了時に、外気に露出している木製建材（降雨を受ける可能性がある木製建材）を、すべて、遮水性のある樹脂シートによって被覆する（請求項１）。かかる建築方法によれば、建築中に外部露出する木製建材は、樹脂シートによって被覆され、水による影響を完全に回避することが出来る。また、樹脂シートによる日々の被覆作業が実行されたことを、建築の進捗状況を示す写真とともに被覆状態を示す写真によって証明する（請求項３、４）。施主／住宅購入希望者は、この証明書類を介して降雨から守られた木造住宅であることを容易に確認できる。【選択図】 図１
