To provide a drainpipe jamming detection system and a drainpipe jamming detection program, that can detect jamming of a drainpipe more accurately.SOLUTION: A drainpipe jamming detection system 1 comprises: providing a drainage horizontal branch pipe 11 with a water level detector 12a (12b); measuring a time (a drainage time) required for a change of a water level in the drainage horizontal branch pipe 11 based on a water level information from the water level detector 12a (12b); judging that the drainpipe is jammed if the drainage time is more than a predetermined time; and sending an alert to a management office 3 or a building maintenance company 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
