To reliably prevent cylinder lock picking and concurrently to provide a cylinder lock which can easily and inexpensively provide a countermeasure against picking if the cylinder lock is particularly, an inner cylinder replaceable type, and an inner cylinder used therein.SOLUTION: A cylinder lock 1 includes: an outer cylinder 30; an inner cylinder 20 rotatable relative to the outer cylinder 30; and one or more tumblers 40 slidable at least between a locking position at which the inner cylinder 20 is prohibited from rotating relative to the outer cylinder 30 and an unlocked position permitting a rotation of the inner cylinder 20 relative to the outer cylinder 30, at least one of the tumblers 40 having a movement restricting groove 45, the inner cylinder 20 being provided with locking means 55 that can be engaged with the movement restricting groove 45.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
