To provide a resin pipe flexible unit capable of imparting flexibility without impairing merit of a soft seal gate valve, and a flexible soft seal gate valve comprising a joint structure using the resin pipe flexible unit, improving earthquake resistance and workability during water service construction and being capable of preventing intrusion of a foreign substance to the inside even if embedded.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a resin pipe flexible unit 21 characterized in that a press-fit sleeve 30 including a lock part 27 on an outer peripheral surface 26 and including a flange part 29 at an outer end side, a resin pipe part 32 of a predetermined length press-fitted and fixed into the press-fit sleeve 30 and a ring body 36 including a ball surface 33 at a press-fitting and fixing position of the resin pipe part 32 are unitized in a pull-out prevented state, a joint structure using the resin pipe flexible unit, and a flexible soft seal gate valve 11 comprising the joint structure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】ソフトシール仕切弁の長所を損なうことなく可撓性を付与することができる樹脂管可撓ユニットと、その樹脂管可撓ユニットを用いた継手構造を備え、耐震性と水道工事時の作業性に優れ、埋設時にも内部への異物の浸入を防ぐことができる可撓式ソフトシール仕切弁を提供する。【解決手段】外周面26に係止部27を有し、かつ外端側に鍔部29を有する圧入スリーブ30と、この圧入スリーブ30に圧入固定した所定長さの樹脂管部32と、この樹脂管部32の圧入固定位置にボール面33を有するリング体36とを抜け止め状態にユニット化したことを特徴とする樹脂管可撓ユニット21とこれを用いた継手構造並びにこの継手構造を備えた可撓式ソフトシール仕切弁11である。【選択図】 図1
