To reduce the waiting time from the end of accounting to getting on a vehicle.SOLUTION: Included are a vehicle and a commercial facility management system that manages a parking facility and accounting in commercial facilities. The commercial facility management system includes a system control unit. The vehicle includes a vehicle control unit. The system control unit, when the vehicle enters the parking facility, executes processing for associating a user of the vehicle with the vehicle (S211 to S216). When the user's accounting is finished, in cooperation with the vehicle control unit of the vehicle associated with the user, the system control unit controls the vehicle to travel from a parking place to a user's getting on/off place (S311 to S314, S221 to S222).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】会計が終了してから車両に乗車するまでの待ち時間を削減すること。【解決手段】車両と、商業施設の駐車場および会計を管理する商業施設管理システムとを含む。商業施設管理システムは、システム制御部を備える。車両は、車両制御部を備える。システム制御部は、車両が駐車場に入るときに、当該車両のユーザと当該車両とを関連付けるための処理を実行し（Ｓ２１１〜Ｓ２１６）、ユーザの会計が終了したときに、ユーザと関連付けられた車両の車両制御部と連携して、当該車両が駐車場所からユーザの乗降場所まで走行するよう制御する（Ｓ３１１〜Ｓ３１４，Ｓ２２１〜Ｓ２２２）。【選択図】図４
