To propose a honeycomb concrete structure in which, firstly, weight reduction is realized so that related costs are reduced, secondly, constructions become simple and easy, and heat insulation is improved, and thirdly strength is high.SOLUTION: A honeycomb concrete structure 2 has a honeycomb core 4 embedded in concrete 3 and has a thick plate structure, and is arranged as a foundation of a building or as a ground covering of dirt floor or a parking lot. The honeycomb core 4 has a plate shape, is arranged on the foundation ground with a cell axial direction 5 facing up and down, and is fixed to the foundation ground by a supporter 6. The concrete 3 is cast after the honeycomb core 4 has been arranged and covers at least the exterior side of the honeycomb core 4. Then, for example, the concrete 3 is filled also in each cell space 8 of the honeycomb core 4, and each filling part 10 is integrally formed with the covering part 9 which covers the outside of the honeycomb core 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 第１に、軽量化が実現され、もって関連諸コストも低減され、第２に、施工が簡単容易であり、断熱性も向上し、第３に、しかも強度面に優れた、ハニカムコンクリート構造を提案する。【解決手段】このハニカムコンクリート構造２は、コンクリート３中にハニカムコア４が埋め込まれており、厚板構造をなし、建築物の基礎や、土間や駐車場等の地面被覆として配設される。ハニカムコア４は、プレート状をなし、セル軸方向５を上下に向けて地盤上に配置されると共に、地盤に対し支持具６にて固定される。コンクリート３は、ハニカムコア４の配置後に打設され、少なくともハニカムコア４の外側を覆っている。そして例えば、コンクリート３は、ハニカムコア４の各セル空間８にも、充填されると共に、各充填部１０が、ハニカムコア４の外側を覆う被覆部９と一体形成される。【選択図】図１
