REINFORCED JOINT, REINFORCED STEEL ASSEMBLY AND PRECAST REINFORCED CONCRETE BODY
To provide a reinforced joint and a precast reinforced concrete body which can tolerate misalignment between connecting reinforcing bars and can be applied to precast reinforced concrete, and that can shorten a joint length while securing a connection strength, which is advantageous in design of reinforcement bars and handling of joint, and can reduce the amount of injected mortar and reduce cost.SOLUTION: Both or one joint part of a coupler 2 is formed in a filling cylinder part 2A, and a mortar 3 is filled in between a reinforcement bar 1 and the other. A forward-spreading part 11 is provided at a portion of the reinforcement bar 1 to be inserted into the filling cylindrical part 2A. The filling cylindrical part 2A has a narrowed shape which narrows as it reaches the tip end, and the cross-sectional area between the filling cylindrical part 2A and the forward-spreading part 11 of the reinforcement bar 1 decreases as it reaches the coupler end part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】接続する鉄筋相互の芯ずれが許容できて、プレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート体に適用でき、また接続強度を確保しながら、継手長さを短くできて、配筋の設計や継手の取扱上で有利となり、かつモルタル注入量が節減できてコスト低下が図れる鉄筋継手およびプレキャスト鉄筋コンクリート体を提供する。【解決手段】カプラー2の両方または一方の継手部が、充填筒部2Aに形成され、鉄筋1との間にモルタル3が充填される。鉄筋1の充填筒部2Aに挿入される部位に先広がり部11を有する。充填筒部2Aは、先端側に至るに従って狭まる絞り形状であり、かつ充填筒部2Aと鉄筋1の先広がり部11の間の断面積が、カプラー端部に至るに従って小さくなる。【選択図】図1
