To provide a gear device capable of suppressing wear of a tooth part and/or generation of noise while an intermittent gear and a gear engaging with the same are smoothly engaged.SOLUTION: A gear device includes: a first gear 34 which is allowed to rotate around a shaft 32 in at least one direction; an intermittent gear 40 provided with a tooth part 40a engaging with the first gear and a tooth-missing part 40b released from the engagement; a device body 31 provided with the first gear and the intermittent gear; magnets 52 provided on one of the first gear and the device body; and a sucked part 54a provided on the other one and attracted to the magnets. The magnets and the sucked part regulate the first gear so as to be located at a position where a tooth part 34a of the first gear released from engagement with the intermittent gear can be engaged with the tooth part 40a of the tooth-missing part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】間欠歯車とこれに噛み合う歯車とを円滑に噛み合わせ可能としながらも、歯部の摩耗や異音の発生を抑制し得る歯車装置を提供する。【解決手段】軸３２に対して少なくとも一方向への回転が許容された第１歯車３４と、この第１歯車に噛み合う歯部４０ａ及び噛み合いが解除される欠歯部４０ｂが設けられた間欠歯車４０と、これら第１歯車及び間欠歯車を設けた装置本体３１と、前記第１歯車及び前記装置本体のうちの一方に設けられた磁石５２と、他方に設けられ該磁石に吸引される被吸引部５４ａと、を備えており、これら磁石及び被吸引部は、前記間欠歯車との噛み合いが解除された前記第１歯車の歯部３４ａが該間欠歯車の歯部４０ａに噛み合い可能な位置となるように前記第１歯車を規制する構成とされている。【選択図】図１
