To provide a safety sign tracking system and tracking device capable of performing the task of collecting safety signs easily and accurately, and of accurately notifying an operator of state of the safety signs even when arrangement and/or state of the safety signs has changed.SOLUTION: A tracking system and tracking device comprises: a plurality of safety signs 5 installed at a boundary of a regulation area 2; position information acquisition means 10 for acquiring information from an artificial satellite regarding positions at which the safety signs 5 are installed; and a management device PC for acquiring and managing information from the position information acquisition means for the plurality of safety signs. The management device comprises: a map display part for displaying a map of at least the regulation area; and safety sign position display means for simultaneously displaying the positions of the plurality of safety signs on the map display part.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
