To provide a waterproof sheet fixture capable of efficiently performing a waterproof sheet repair work while suppressing the occurrence of noise and vibration.SOLUTION: The waterproof sheet fixture comprises: a first member D1 having a first sheet fixing portion 9 and fixable to a waterproof substrate 2 by screws 6; a second member D2 fixable to the waterproof substrate 2 by being connected to the first member D1 while having a second sheet fixing portion 20 and being disposed above the first member D1; and a coupling portion 18 coupling the first member D1 and the second member D2. A first opening 8 through which the screw 6 can be inserted is formed in the first member D1, a second opening 19 is formed at a position corresponding to the first opening 8 in the second member D2, and the coupling portion 18 is provided in a state of extending over the first opening 8 and the second opening 19 and couples the first member D1 and the second member D2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
