SOFT SOIL MIXING EQUIPMENT
To provide a soft soil mixing equipment capable of efficiently mixing soft soil such as dredge soil and reformer such as steelmaking slag in a space saving manner.SOLUTION: The mixing equipment 3 is configured so that soft soil A, which is supplied with modifier and sequentially dropped from the discharge side end of a belt conveyor 4, collides with the mixing acceleration collision plate 15, and the soft soil A repelled by the mixing acceleration collision plate 15 is received by a primary storage unit 16 and falls to the drop destination in a massive shape A1. With this, degradation of the drop mixing effect due to dispersion of the soft soil by collision is prevented.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】浚渫土等の軟弱土と製鋼スラグ等の改質材とを省スペース且つ効率よく混合することができる軟弱土の混合装置の提供。【解決手段】この混合装置3は、ベルトコンベア4の排出側端部より順次投下された改質材供給済み軟弱土Aが混合促進用衝突板部15に衝突するとともに、混合促進用衝突板部15で反発した改質材供給済み軟弱土Aが一次貯留部16で受け止められ、塊状A1となって落下先に落下するようにし、改質材供給済み軟弱土が衝突で分散することによる落下混合効果の低下を防止する。【選択図】図2
