To provide a shower room unit installed in a habitable room space that suppresses the height from a floor surface of the habitable room, and enables easy coming in and out.SOLUTION: A shower room unit which has a shower space in which shower equipment is installed, and can be installed in a habitable room includes a bottom surface, a waterproof pan configured so as to include a wall surface, a damping material arranged between the floor surface of the habitable room and the waterproof pan, and a force-feed type pump for force feeding waste water sucked from a suction port to an outlet. 【課題】居室空間に設置されるシャワールームユニットにおいて、居室床面からの高さを抑え、容易な出入りを可能とする。【解決手段】本発明に係るシャワールームユニットは、内部にシャワー設備が設置されたシャワー空間を有し、居室内に設置可能なシャワールームユニットであって、底面と、壁面を有して構成された防水パンと、居室の床面と防水パンの間に配置された制振材と、吸引口から吸引した汚水を排出口に圧送可能とする圧送式ポンプと、を備え、防水パンの壁面には、防水パンに貯まった水を排水する排水孔が設けられていることを特徴とする。【選択図】図５
