To provide the drainage structure of a bathroom easily realizing a unit bath without raising a bathroom floor.SOLUTION: The drainage structure 6 of a bathroom unit 1 comprises a perforated plate adapter 61 having a cylindrically formed adapter cylinder part 610 and an outside flange 611 horizontally extended from an upper outer peripheral surface of the adapter cylinder part 610, and a perforated plate cover 63 arranged above the perforated plate adapter 61. The perforated plate adapter 61 is connected to the upper end of a drain port side drain pipe 11 with the adapter cylinder part 610 being inserted into the drain port 21 of a floor part 20, and the outside flange 611 is fixed to an upper side of the floor part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
