Here, a predetermined condition relating to the reproduction of the message is preset in a reproduction condition storage area 36. The predetermined condition includes, for example, a case where a plurality of persons are detected by a human sensor 52. 【課題】個々の居住者に対応するそれぞれの伝言メッセージの再生方法を、帰宅時の状況に応じて制限することができる伝言メッセージ再生システムを提供する。【解決手段】帰宅した居住者Ｕが携帯する電子キー４１を通信装置３１及びコントローラ３２によって認証した場合、電子キー４１に対応する伝言メッセージがメッセージ記憶エリア３７より抽出され、スピーカ６３や表示部６５によって再生される。ここで、伝言メッセージの再生に関する所定の条件が再生条件記憶エリア３６に予め設定されている。所定の条件としては例えば人感センサ５２により複数の人が検知された場合などがある。そして、居住者Ｕの帰宅時の状況が所定の条件を満たした場合、スピーカ６３や表示部６５による伝言メッセージの再生方法が制限される。【選択図】 図２
