To provide a filtration unit in which a cylindrical filter can be easily taken in and out.SOLUTION: A raw water supply port 9, and filtrate take-put ports 10a, 10b at an upper part and a lower part of which a back washing compressed-air feed socket is provided are provided on a shank of a housing 8 at an upper part of which a filter insertion opening 8a is provided, a shaft rod 12 provided with a male screw part 12 is installed upright, and a bottom board 15 comprising a filtrate exhaust port 14, in which a lower engaging part 14a of a cylindrical filter 13 is provided around the shaft rod, is fixed to the housing 8. An upper holding board 18, in which a filtrate exhaust port 16 comprising an upper engaging part 16a which is engaged with an upper part of the cylindrical filter 13 is provided, and an upper holding board reception part 19, which bears the upper holding board 18, are provided on an inner surface of the housing 8. A knob star nut 20 is engaged with the male screw part 12a of the shaft rod 12 thereby fixing the cylindrical filter 13, a filter guide plate 26 is provided on the inner surface of the housing 8, and an opening/closing lid 5 is fixed by a fastening device 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】 円筒状フィルタの出し入れを容易に行うことができるろ過ユニットを提供する。【解決手段】上部にフィルタ挿入開口部８ａを設けたハウジング８の胴部に原水供給口９と、上部と下部に逆洗用圧縮空気送入ソケットを設けたろ過水取出し口１０ａ、１０ｂを設け、雄ねじ部１２を設けた軸棒１２を立設し、且つその周囲に円筒状フィルタ１３の下部係合部１４ａを設けたろ過水排水口１４を備えた底盤１５をハウジング８に固定する。円筒状フィルタ１３の上部と係合する上部係合部１６ａを備えたろ過水排水口１６を設けた上部保持盤１８と、この上部保持盤１８を支承する上部保持盤受部１９をハウジング８の内面に設け、前記軸棒１２の雄ねじ部１２ａにノブスターナット２０を螺合して、円筒状フィルタ１３を固定し、ハウジング８の内面にフィルタガイド板２６を設け、開閉蓋５を緊締装置２３で固定する。【選択図】図３
