To improve acoustic insulation, thereby exhibiting excellent sensor function.SOLUTION: A touch sensor comprises: a fitting base part 11 of a substantially U-shaped cross section which is fitted to a tabular flange F formed on a bracket 6 which is fitted on an in-vehicle side of a slide door 1; plural lock parts 14 which extend inward of the fitting base part 11, and sandwich the flange F therebetween; a hollow part 12 which is integrated with a connection wall 11 via a neck part 13, and is into elastica contact with a foreign matter sandwiched between the slide door 1 and an opening at a door closing time; a core material 15 embedded in the fitting base part 11; a sensor S installed in the hollow part 12; and a seal lip part 16 which is in elastic contact with an opening part peripheral edge, and opposite to the seal lip part at a slide door closing time. The seal lip part 16 is extended from a vehicle inside surface of the neck part 13 toward a further vehicle inner side, and is brought into elastic contact with a body panel 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
