To provide a construction method of a base-isolated building, mutually hardly colliding, even if the adjacent two ridges are constructed in a state of operating a base-isolation device.SOLUTION: A construction method of a base-isolated building comprises a process of constructing a first ridge 12 supported by a base-isolation device 30, a process of constructing a second ridge 14 adjacent to the first ridge 12 and supported by the base-isolation device 30, a process of installing displacement restraint means (a stopper 40) for restraining displacement to the second ridge side 14 of the first ridge 12 or displacement to the first ridge 12 side of the second ridge 14 before constructing or when constructing the second ridge 14 and a process of removing the displacement restraint means by connecting the first ridge 12 and the second ridge 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
