CONCRETE-FILLING STEEL-PIPE COLUMN DISASSEMBLING METHOD
To provide a concrete-filling steel-pipe column disassembling method for reducing adding force in an easy procedure by using a simple member, with a concrete-filling steel-pipe column of joining a diaphragm to a connection part position joined to a steel frame beam as an object.SOLUTION: A concrete-filling steel-pipe column disassembling method includes a cutting process of forming a column steel-pipe part 2a with a diaphragm and a parting column steel-pipe part 2b parted from the column steel-pipe part with the diaphragm by a cutting part 7 formed by cutting a column steel-pipe 2 by avoiding a joining position of an inner diaphragm 5 over its whole periphery, a joining process of joining an adding force receiving member 8 facing to a flange 4a being a beam side part over to a steel frame beam 4 from the inner diaphragm along the height direction of a column steel-pipe in the parting column steel-pipe part, an installation process of installing a screw 9 between the adding force receiving member and the flange and an adding force process of making tractive force act on inner diaphram peripheral concrete 3 by adding force so as to expand the cutting part by the screw between the flange and the adding force receiving member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】鉄骨梁と結合される仕口部位置にダイアフラムが接合されたコンクリート充填鋼管柱を対象として、簡易な部材を用い、容易な手順で、加える力も小さくて済むコンクリート充填鋼管柱解体工法を提供する。【解決手段】柱鋼管2をその全周に亘って、内ダイアフラム5の接合位置を避けて切断して形成した切断部7により、ダイアフラム付き柱鋼管部2aと、ダイアフラム付き柱鋼管部から分断した分断柱鋼管部2bとを形成する切断工程と、分断柱鋼管部に、柱鋼管の高さ方向に沿って、内ダイアフラムから鉄骨梁4へわたる梁側部位であるフランジ4aに面する加力受け部材8を接合する接合工程と、加力受け部材とフランジとの間にネジ9を設置する設置工程と、フランジと加力受け部材との間で、ネジにより、切断部を広げるように加力して、内ダイアフラム周辺のコンクリート3に引張力を作用させる加力工程とを含む。【選択図】図7
