To provide a method for estimating the percentage content of diethylene glycol in cement easily and in a short period of time.SOLUTION: The method for estimating the percentage content of diethylene glycol in cement includes a step of measuring an energy gradient curve, in which cement having a known percentage content of diethylene glycol is loaded in a sample container inside a powder rheometer and thereafter, while the cement in the sample container is ventilated or not ventilated, an internal rotary vane of the powder rheometer is moved while rotating in the cement, and cement having a known percentage content of diethylene glycol is loaded in the sample container inside the powder rheometer and thereafter, while the center in the sample container is ventilated, the internal rotary vane of the powder rheometer rotates in the cement while moving simultaneously, and the energy gradient curve of a vertical load and rotating torque is measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
