To provide unit furniture which hardly receive affection of vibration generated on a building skeleton, and which hardly damages finishing of a wall or floor.SOLUTION: Unit furniture 10 is installed on a room 1 comprising at least, a floor surface 2 and a pair of facing wall surfaces 3, 4, and the unit furniture is formed of a structure skeleton for construction, is formed of a floor body and is provided above a part of the floor surface 2. The unit furniture comprises: a floor unit 11 set to a slightly short width dimension relative to a gap between the pair of wall surfaces 3, 4; and a pair of leg units 12, 13 each of which is provided on a lower surface of each of both ends in a width direction of the floor unit 11, in an erected state. The floor unit 11 contacts the pair of wall surfaces 3, 4 in a non-fixing state through vibration suppression means 20, and the pair of leg units 12, 13 contacts the floor surface 2 in a non-fixing state through vibration suppression means 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物躯体に生じた振動に影響を受けにくく、壁や床の仕上げを傷つけにくいユニット家具を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】床面２と、互いに対向する一対の壁面３，４と、を少なくとも備えた部屋１に据え置かれて設けられ、建築用構造躯体によって構成されたユニット家具１０が、床体によって構成されるとともに床面２の一部の上方に設けられ、一対の壁面３，４間の間隔よりも若干短い幅寸法に設定された床ユニット１１と、床ユニット１１における幅方向両端部の下面のそれぞれに、立った状態にして設けられた一対の脚ユニット１２，１３と、を備え、床ユニット１１は、一対の壁面３，４に対し、振動抑制手段２０を介して非固定状態で接し、一対の脚ユニット１２，１３は、床面２に対し、振動抑制手段２０を介して非固定状態で接する。【選択図】図１
