To provide a spray condition information calculation device and a spray condition information calculation method capable of reducing irregularities of installation due to spray.SOLUTION: A spray condition information calculation device includes an acquisition part which acquires spray state information including a spray pressure of liquid injected on a scraping process, a spray angle and a spray flow rate and adhesion performance information which expresses adhesion performance for an object of coating material installed by spraying the coating material onto an objective surface after the scraping process is performed in an environment according to the spray state information, a learning part which learns spray condition information which expresses such a spray pressure of liquid, spray angle and spray flow rate that adhesive performance for an object of the coating material arrives at a predetermined standard value by using the spray state information and the adhesive performance information and an output part for outputting a value which expresses the spray pressure, the spray angle and the spray flow rate based on the learning result.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】吹き付けによる施工のムラを低減することができる吹き付け条件情報演算装置、吹き付け条件情報演算方法を提供する。【解決手段】ケレン工程において噴射する液体の吹き付け圧力と吹き付け角度と吹き付け流量とを含む吹き付け状態情報と、当該吹き付け状態情報に従った環境にてケレン工程が行なわれた後の対象面に対して塗装材料が吹き付けられることで施工された、当該塗装材料の対象物に対する付着性能を表す付着性能情報とを取得する取得部と、前記吹き付け状態情報と前記付着性能情報とを用いて、前記塗装材料の対象物に対する付着性能が所定の基準値に到達するような液体の吹き付け圧力と吹き付け角度と吹き付け流量とを表す吹き付け条件情報を学習する学習部と、前記学習結果に基づいて吹き付け圧力と吹き付け角度と吹き付け流量を示す値を出力する出力部とを有する。【選択図】図１
