ANTICORROSIVE STRUCTURE FOR EXPANSION DEVICE
To provide an anticorrosive structure for an expansion device which can provide a sufficient corrosion-proof effect for a face plate.SOLUTION: An expansion device 1 is provided with two face plates 3, 3 made of steel which are fixed by a bolt 12 at ends of two floor slabs 2 opposed to each other across a joint gap G; a gutter 6 made of stainless steel which is fixed together with the face plates 3 by the bolt 12 to the floor slabs 2 and arranged within the joint gap G; a sacrificial anode 4 made of an Al-1Zn alloy and arranged on a backup member 7 that is arranged inside the gutter 6; a conductive wire 5 electrically connecting the sacrificial anode 4 to the face plates 3; and sediments 8 accumulated on the backup member 7 to cover the sacrificial anode 4 and also come into contact with the underside surface of the face plates 3. The gutter 6, the face plates 3, and the sacrificial anode 4 are electrically connected to one another so as to form the potentials which become lower in this order, and then corrosion current flows to the sediment 8 so as to generate an anode reaction at the sacrificial anode 4, thereby preventing the corrosion of the face plate 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】フェイスプレートの防食効果が十分に得られる伸縮装置の腐食防止構造を提供する。【解決手段】伸縮装置1は、遊間Gを隔てて対向する2つの床版2の端部にボルト12で固定されて鋼で形成された2つのフェイスプレート3,3と、フェイスプレート3と共にボルト12で床版2に固定され、ステンレス鋼で形成されて遊間Gの間に配置された樋6と、樋6の内部に配置されたバックアップ部材7の上に配置され、Al−1Zn合金で形成された犠牲陽極4と、犠牲陽極4とフェイスプレート3を電気的に接続する導電線5と、バックアップ部材7の上に、犠牲陽極4を覆うと共にフェイスプレート3の下側面に接するように堆積した土砂8を備える。樋6とフェイスプレート3と犠牲陽極4が電気的に接続されることにより、この順に低くなる電位が形成され、土砂8に腐食電流が流れて犠牲陽極4にアノード反応が生じて、フェイスプレート3の腐食が防止される。【選択図】図1
