ROAD SURFACE FREEZING PREVENTION BURIED PIT DEVICE
To solve the problems of road surface freezing during the winter being a serious concern in traffic safety as a cause of traffic accidents, and of all the many road surface anti-slip devices developed in the past requiring large maintenance costs due to natural environment response devices.SOLUTION: Invented is a method in which a pit surface does not freeze at all when a calcium chloride saturated solution, formed by dissolving and mixing a granular calcium chloride agent with service water, is injected into a road surface freezing prevention buried pit device. Furthermore, as the buried pit device allows a vehicle to pass safely over the pit even when empty of fluid in the summer, removal of the buried pit device is not necessary. thus, allowing permanent year-round use, which is economical.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】冬季間、路面凍結は交通事故発生原因として交通安全上重大な課題となっている。過去、路面凍結滑り止め防止装置は多々開発されてきたが、いずれも自然環境対応装置のため、莫大な維持経費を必要とすることが大きな課題となっていたものである。【解決手段】粒状塩化カルシユウム剤を水道水で溶解してミキシング生成した塩化カルシユウム飽和液を路面凍結防止埋設ピット装置内に注入すると、ピット表面が全く凍結しない方法を発明した。更に夏期埋設ピット装置は空液でも車両はピット上を安全に通行できる為、埋設ピット装置の撤去は必要なく年間永久使用できるので実に経済的である。【選択図】 図３
