EMERGENCY WATER PURIFIER OPERATING DEVICE AND EMERGENCY CLEAN WATER PRODUCTION METHOD
To provide an emergency water purifier operating device capable of reliably obtaining good clean water, wherein, when water is injected to a reverse osmosis membrane water purifier with a human-powered pump after a disaster such as an earthquake, the water is injected at an appropriate water pressure without increasing the water pressure above a predetermined water supply pressure and without lowering the water pressure more than necessary.SOLUTION: An emergency water purifier operating device 6 has a raw water tank 40, a human powered pump 41 that pumps up the stored water W1 of the raw water tank 40, a water supply pipe 45, 49, 56 that connects the human powered pump 41 and a water inlet side of the reverse osmosis membrane water purifier 14, a constant pressure valve 16 disposed on the water supply pipe 49, a pressure relief valve 58 disposed on the upstream side of the constant pressure valve 16 of the water supply pipe 49, and a pressure storage tank 51 that is disposed on the upstream side of a pressure relief valve 58 of the water supply pipe 49 and stores the water pressure of water from the human-powered pump 41.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】地震などの被災後に人力式ポンプを用いて逆浸透膜浄水器に注水する際に、水の水圧を所定注水圧以上に上昇させることなく且つ必要以上に低くさせることなく適切な水圧で注水して確実に良好な浄水を得ることのできる緊急時浄水器作動装置を提供する。【解決手段】緊急時浄水器作動装置6は、原水水槽40と、原水水槽40の貯水W1を汲み上げる人力式ポンプ41と、人力式ポンプ41と逆浸透膜浄水器14の水入側とをつなぐ給水配管45,49,56と、給水配管49に配備された定圧弁16と、給水配管49の定圧弁16の上流側に配備された圧力逃がし弁58と、給水配管49の圧力逃がし弁58の上流側に配備されて人力式ポンプ41からの水の水圧を蓄える蓄圧タンク51と、を備えて構成されている。【選択図】図1
